2025/2026

Applications

Applications are now open for new students at the Salesianos de Manique school for the 2025/2026 academic year. Applications are formalised online.

Salesian Schools’ educational proposal

Salesianos de Manique is an educational institution committed to helping families promote the full development of students’ personalities; a progressive self-esteem and the ability to be proactive and responsible for their own educational process; the education of respect for fundamental human rights and freedoms; the education for coexistence and respect for cultural and religious diversity; the development of attitudes that favour responsible participation in social and cultural life; the commitment to building a society where peace, cooperation, and solidarity among people and nations are possible.

As a Catholic school, we strive to provide a comprehensive education grounded in Christian values, encompassing the individual, life, and the world. We aim to foster an environment that encourages the witness and mission of believers. We offer faith-based educational programs to those who are interested, always respecting their freedom of choice. We also collaborate with other organizations dedicated to building a better society.

The Salesian school has its roots and foundation in the educational experience of Don Bosco. It is in this experience that the principles and criteria for action are inspired: it is popular, free, and open; it cultivates a family environment that educates; it places the student at the centre of the educational process; it highlights the personalization of educational relationships through the presence of educators among young people; it favours the co-responsible participation of all; it promotes solidarity with the most needy and other entities; it ‘Educates by evangelizing and evangelizes by educating’.

Salesianos de Manique have a Private Class Regime and an Public Class Regime, each with its own specific characteristics.

  • Public ClassContract subsidised by the Ministry of Education for students who live or whose parents/guardians work in the school's catchment area. From 5th to 12th grade.
  • Private ClassTeaching is supported by parents through a monthly fee and is aimed at all students from 1st to 12th grade.

  • Respect classmates, teachers and other collaborators of the Salesian Foundation;
  • Respect the development of the ethical and transcendent sense, based on Jesus Christ’s message about life and society.
